Personal Conduct Statement

Each member of the mission team is representing the Dream514 organization. Because of the nature of the trip, and our work in Belize, we ask from everyone to practice good personal conduct and be sensitive to the culture of Central America. Because of the nature of this trip, we also ask team members to abstain from alcohol and tobacco during our time

in Belize.

Consent

Travel to third world countries is inherently dangerous. You authorize the team members of Dream514 to act in your best interest to obtain medical/dental care while in Belize should any accident or harm comes to you, the participant. You understand the potential risks and danger and willingly assume the risk and hold harmless Dream514 and Maury Hills Church.
