Important information about 2011 Mission Trips

Join us on the adventure of a lifetime on a mission trip to Belize. You will not only impact the lives of people in Belize, but it will leave an even greater impression on your own faith. The purpose of a Dream514 trips is to provide a way for us to serve the people of Belize and use our gifts to administer God’s grace in its various forms. Our hope is that through helping the Belizian people in their efforts toward reducing poverty that you will have a life-changing experience yourself, and will return home inspired to continue using your gifts to serve others. Trips typically cost around $1,600 - $2,000 depending on the time of travel. The initial deposit secures your individual reservation. Please note that all money submitted for payment of trips is completely non-refundable.

What we need from you?

  1. $250 deposit to reserve your spot
  2. Participant’s completed form
  3. Copy of Passport
  4. Copy of Medical License and Diploma (DR, NP, PA, RN or Dentist)

I count it a blessing that God has allowed me to be a part of the great outreach of love to the people of Belize. This is the 2nd medical mission trip I have taken with the team members from Maury Hills. My prayer was to be a blessing to the people here, but instead found myself being the one receiving the blessing. These experiences have given me many memories and friendships to be cherished for a lifetime. "Thank you Lord for Your blessings on me...."

I saw the bottoms of a little girls feet today and it really upset me. I have been looking at their faces all week, but to see their feet...

We were visiting an organization that also helps children in Belize. The gates were locked and there was a lady with 3 small children and a smaller child that she was holding. That baby had something wrong and she had walked up a long hill to get where she was going. It was so overwhelming to see what she was going through...on this one single day.

This has been one of the most eye opening trips I have ever had the pleasure of going on. I found the people of Belize to be very pleasant and thankful that somtone was there to help with their health needs. This trip has been a great experience and I hope to do it again.

I took a little girl shopping for some 2 pairs of shoes, hairbows, panties, nailpolish, clippers, and toiletries. She said "I have never been on a shopping trip before." She touched me.

Important message about future Dream 514 Mission Trips

Team members:

Past, present and future members!!! The trips for the year 2011 are beginning to shape up. The organizational team met Sunday and the following dates have been set. The summer trip is June 18th - 26th.  If you are interested in this trip please email! The cost of the Summer trip is 1,950.00. The first deposit will "HOLD" your spot and is due October 1, 2010. This deposit will be $250.00. We will have more information on both trips, but this is just a "first time" notice to see who might be interested. If you are interested please reply by email. I will forward other info such as forms to be completed, mailing address for deposits and other info to you.
